Terms of Service
These terms govern use of SignApprove's private early-access service. They describe the current product and allocation of operational responsibilities; they should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before paid self-service is enabled.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization using the workspace. Keep credentials secure, use individual accounts, review team access, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners are responsible for authorized users and content.
Early-access service
SignApprove provides PDF preparation, electronic-signature collection, client workflow, balance-record, integration, and audit-evidence tools. Early-access features may change. Public access requests do not create an account, subscription, trial, or charge. Paid self-service and live client checkout remain disabled until separately enabled and disclosed.
Your content and instructions
You retain rights in content you submit and grant SignApprove the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to authorized participants. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload documents, invite people, and process their information.
Electronic records and signatures
Signers receive a disclosure and must affirmatively consent before completing a signature. The service records the disclosure version, intent, time, document integrity data, and available network/device context. SignApprove does not provide notarization, legal advice, or a guarantee that a document or workflow satisfies every law. Customers must select appropriate authentication, disclosures, retention, and alternatives for their jurisdiction and transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; upload malware or deceptive content; probe or bypass security; access another workspace; send spam; infringe rights; misrepresent identity or authority; or use signing tools to coerce, defraud, or mislead. We may suspend access needed to protect the service or others.
Third-party services
Email, hosting, analytics, and optional payment or integration providers operate under their own terms. Their availability and processing are outside SignApprove's direct control. Payment references in SignApprove are workflow records; SignApprove is not a bank, escrow service, accounting system, or payment card processor.
Availability, support, and changes
We monitor and back up the early-access service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur. Contact support@signapprove.com or the contact page for assistance.
Templates and guidance
Templates, generated language, examples, articles, and workflow suggestions are operational starting points, not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. They do not create an attorney-client relationship.
Termination and export
You may stop using the service. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, or legal necessity. Before closure, request any export you need. Certain audit, evidence, backup, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The early-access service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing documents, recipients, field placement, amounts, and completed evidence before relying on them. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded.

Questions may be sent to legal@signapprove.com. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and version. Continued use after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
