Accessible document workflows are a continuing commitment

SignApprove is working toward a usable experience for people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, high-contrast settings, and reduced-motion preferences.

Current support

Public pages and core account forms use semantic headings, labels, visible keyboard focus, skip navigation, status and error announcements, responsive layouts, and touch-sized controls. Signing supports a typed-signature alternative to drawing. Navigation and preference dialogs support keyboard operation and Escape.

Document limitations

The accessibility of uploaded PDFs depends on the source document. SignApprove does not automatically remediate reading order, tags, alternative text, or every PDF accessibility defect. Workspace senders should provide an accessible source or an equivalent alternative when required.

Known early-access limits

Complex PDF editing, drag-and-drop field placement, signature drawing, and third-party embedded content may be harder to use with some assistive technology. Typed signatures and standard form controls are available for key signing actions, but we continue to test and improve editor workflows.
